Life can be overwhelming and tough at times. It’s easy to get stuck in repeating patterns of struggle and conflict in relationships. I believe in a collaborative approach. Often you already have the answers, but it can be tough to see them on your own. I believe that having a trained therapist can help. Sometimes trauma, years of repeating patterns or old wounding can make it tough to see our way out. Together we will discover the root of these issues and then make a plan to find your way to a more solid place where you aren’t feeling lost or overwhelmed.
I have had my own healing and growth over the years working with a therapist and I deeply believe in this process. Sometimes it’s too much to figure out on your own and you need someone who is trained and understands how to help you see another way.
